the timeless spherical volume is reinterpreted by Siru with the precious technique of caged glass where the products come to life from their own unique mould, which coexists with the lamp itself dictating the shapes to the material.

Iron filaments that gently contain the breath of the master glassmaker take their cue from meridians and parallels. Metal circumferences mould the soft shape of this sphere compressed at the poles, which moulds itself by following the path of the cage. The latter, made of metal, follows symmetrical and precise lines: hexagons and rhombuses that expand and spread over the glass surface create fascinating patterns of shadows on the surroundings.
